No data protection officer has been appointed: any request about your data should be sent to that address.
Data collected
We only collect what you deliberately send us when you get in touch. Nothing is collected without your knowledge, and no profiling is carried out.
If you write to us, we process your name, your email address and the content of your message.
Purpose
This data is used solely to handle your enquiry and to arrange the conversation that follows. It is used for nothing else: no newsletter, no resale, no advertising tracking, no sharing with commercial partners.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, under article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Retention period
Your data is kept for three years from our last contact, in line with the guidance of the French data protection authority on business-to-business prospecting. After that it is deleted. It is deleted straight away if you ask us to.
Recipients
Your data is available only to the people at Ganeden handling your enquiry. It is never sold, rented or transferred.
One technical processor is involved: Cloudflare, Inc., for hosting the site and routing requests.
Transfers outside the European Union
Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, Inc., a company established in the United States. Data may therefore be transferred outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, together with the security measures implemented by that provider.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. No prior consent is required, and no banner is forced on you.
Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third-party service: reading this page sends no request to any outside domain.
Security
Traffic to and from this site travels over an encrypted connection. Access to data is restricted to the people who need it to handle your enquiry.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
To exercise these rights, write to hello@ganeden.eu. You will receive an answer within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt about who is making the request.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr
